Booking Policy
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. A completed Intake Form is required before your first session.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• No-call/no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
• Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
This policy helps protect reserved appointment times and allows other clients the opportunity to
book.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the schedule of other clients. The full service fee will still apply.
Health & Safety
For your safety, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, allergies, or pregnancy. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in modification or cancellation of the session.
Professional Boundaries
Massage by Welniak provides professional therapeutic massage services only. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will be charged.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Apple Pay and Cash
Right to Refuse Service
Massage by Welniak reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when a treatment is not
appropriate, safe, or within professional scope of practice.

5. Pricing & Payments
Service prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
